Shipping guidelines for products
Carolina Guzman will observe the following shipping guidelines when shipping your products:
- Carolina Guzman will exercise the utmost care when receiving and executing orders for products and when assessing applications for the provision of services;
- The place of delivery is the address that you have provided to Carolina Guzman;
- Taking into account what is stated in the general terms and conditions, Carolina Guzman will execute accepted orders expeditiously, but no later than within 3-45 days, unless a different delivery period has been agreed. If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be fulfilled or can only be partially fulfilled, you will be notified of this no later than 30 days after placing the order. In that case, you have the right to terminate the agreement without costs and the right to any compensation;
- After dissolution in accordance with the previous paragraph, Carolina Guzman will immediately refund the amount paid by the consumer;
- The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with Carolina Guzman until the moment of delivery to you or a representative designated in advance by you and made known to Carolina Guzman, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Shipping term
Carolina Guzman uses the following shipping times through the carrier PostNL:
- Standard products: 3-10 working days
- Customized products: 3-20 working days
- Specific other products: 3-45 working days
Postage costs
The shipping costs depend on the rates charged by PostNL and depend, among other things, on the weight of the product including packaging.
Free Shipping
Products are shipped free of charge for orders of €300 or more.
Returns
You have 14 days from the moment of home delivery to return the products. This may be because the item does not fit, was ordered incorrectly, or for any other reason.
In all these cases, you must notify Carolina Guzman so that we can initiate the return process. Please send a message to: info@carloniaguzmn.store and provide it with the following information:
• Name & delivery address
• Order number
• Date of purchase
• Clear description and photos of the damage (if applicable)
• Phone number
Carolina Guzman will then send you a return confirmation
Return regulations
The item must be returned unused and with the original labels and price tag. So don't cut the labels loose while trying them on! Underwear will not be returned for hygienic reasons.
Used, custom-made, modified, altered, damaged and incomplete returned products will not be reimbursed.
Returns are at the buyer's risk. Carolina Guzman is not liable for damage and/or loss of packages that are returned.
During the return period of 14 days, you must handle the product and packaging with care. You should only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the product. The basic principle here is that you may only handle and inspect the product as you would in a store
You remain liable for any reduction in value of the product that is the result of a way of handling the product that goes beyond what is permitted as mentioned above. In that case, the depreciation will be deducted from the return amount and/or you will not receive any compensation at all.

Refund
Refunds will be made to the same account number with which the order was paid, no later than 14 working days after the day on which we receive your products back. You must take care of the return costs yourself.
Returns store
Of course, it is also possible to return your online purchase in our store in Middelburg. The purchase amount will then be refunded to the original payment method within 14 hours of receipt of your products.
